Keith's 6 Week Total Body Transformation program is a revolutionary fitness and lifestyle coaching plan that has proven to transform bodies in as little as 6 weeks.

Personal Fitness Training

The KB2 Fitness trainers provide lifestyle transformations on-location in your home, office, complex fitness center, or anywhere convenient to you. Keith has instilled in his personal trainers the vital practices and expertise required to implement Keith Bishop's 6 Week Total Body Transformation into every personal training session. KB2 Fitness trainers bring the necessary equipment and require very little space, about the size of a yoga mat. All programs are 100% tailored for you using the principles from Keith Bishop's 6 Week Total Body Transformation program. This program is so customizable that it has produced results with everyone from small children to the elderly and everyone in between.

All personal training sessions are approximately one hour in length. KB2 Fitness offers competitive and affordable monthly and weekly rate packages to bring our amazing trainers to you.

One-on-One Personal Training

One-on-one personal fitness training is our most popular option. With one-on-one personal training, you receive unique customized workouts tailored exactly to your current fitness level while progressing towards your goals

Small Group Personal Training

Small group personal training is a great option for you if you love to work out in a group atmosphere with friends or family while still maintaining the customization and supervision from personal training. Small group personal training is an excellent lower cost option and allows you to work with others on the same health and fitness journey. We typically work with groups of 2-4 in size with similar fitness levels and goals.

Body Composition Assessment

KB2 Fitness trainers will conduct an initial assessment of your current body composition, measurements, and photos. We use these to establish a baseline and to assist us in creating your customized workout program. We conduct routine re-assessments to show you your progress towards your goals and we use this information to make the necessary adjustments to your program.

Nutritional Monitoring

Nutrition is a very large component of Keith Bishop's 6 Week Total Body Transformation program and KB2 Fitness trainers will monitor your nutrition on a constant basis throughout your health and fitness journey.

Cardiovascular Programming

KB2 Fitness trainers will create a customized cardiovascular plan for you. We will monitor and make routine adjustments to the program as your body adapts and your cardiovascular fitness level increases.

Corporate Wellness

KB2 Fitness has been able to take the principles and concepts from Keith Bishop's 6 Week Total Body Transformation program and make them extremely effective in a corporate environment. We conduct large classes, small group training, and even one-on-one training sessions.

Fitness Bootcamp

KB2 Fitness trainers conduct large boot camp classes for those clients that love to work out and compete in a large group format. This is a very low cost option to get you started on the pursuit towards your health and fitness goals. KB2 Fitness trainers use an innovative combination of functional training and bodyweight exercises to create an effective program for a large group setting.

Home Gym Design Consulting

Do you have a dedicated space for a home gym but don't know where to start on what to put in it? Keith Bishop has outfitted celebrity home gyms and knows exactly what equipment you need to get in and stay in the greatest shape of your life. Keith will travel to you, assess and measure your space, work with local fitness suppliers to procure equipment, manage delivery and setup, and teach you how to safely use all equipment.
