Working with Keith has been life changing. Definitely the boost we needed to get our bodies back in shape. Not only does he work with you in the gym, but helps you with other lifestyles changes as well, especially eating habits. After 6 weeks we saw amazing improvements in our physique, especially our postures. I signed up for the KB2 fitness program after Thanksgiving which isn't the smartest choice due to Christmas following so close behind. Keith responded quick and got me all the information I needed to get started. It was hard sticking to a diet and staying motivated with the holidays but my trainer has really helped. The work out gets tough but she is really great at keeping me motivated and reminds me of my goal which is becoming a law enforcement officer. It is nice to not have to join a gym or even leave your own house to work out!!

From the start Keith was always very professional and knowledgable. From my first submission to look for a trainer he was very elaborate in his answer in how he could take me to the next level of my fitness training. The initial consultation was very thorough and he was very personable and genuine. Makes you feel that he really has an interest in seeing you succeed. I've had a couple of training sessions and its been great... I already feel more energetic and stronger.. That coupled with his focus on nutrition I've already lost more than my weekly goal weight almost 2lbs in a week! I would highly recommend this trainer to anyone. Have worked with Keith for past 18 months. Through a series of methodical changes (varied workouts with weights, bands, and body weight, not drinking calories, improved diet, myfitnesspal, and measurements every 6 weeks), I have lost 40 pounds. More importantly I have gained muscle which has improved my metabolism and energy. Keith has creative and evolving techniques to challenge my middle aged metabolism. He understands my long term goal to remain active for the rest of my life, not just the next 6-12 weeks. He is patient, encouraging, and nurturing without being a marshmallow.
